1. WHAT AMENITIES DO THE VILLAS HAVE?
ANSWER: All our villas are well-equipped and feature an open kitchen with all necessary cooking utensils and ample dishware.
Each villa includes amenities such as a wood sauna, hot tub built into the terrace, fireplace, private dock, rowing boat, fast Wi-Fi, heating, and air conditioning.

2. DO THE VILLAS HAVE FAST WIFI?
ANSWER: Yes, all villas offer fast Wi-Fi.
3. IS THERE A CANCELLATION POLICY FOR BOOKINGS?
ANSWER: Reservations are binding, so please ensure you have travel insurance that should cover any illnesses.
However, if we are able to rent out the villa to someone else,
we will refund the money received to the original booker.
4. ARE PETS ALLOWED, AND ARE THERE ANY PET-FREE VILLAS?
ANSWER: Pets are welcome by prior arrangement at Villa Haavus and small pets in the lower level of Villa Airanne's main building. Pets are not allowed at Villa Helylä, Villa Hympölä, or Villa Rantue.
5. WHERE ARE THE VILLAS LOCATED, AND CAN YOU DRIVE TO THE VILLA'S YARD?
ANSWER: The villas are located about 10-15 minutes' drive from Jyväskylä, by Lake Vesankajärvi in Vesanka. If arriving by car, you can drive directly to the villa. You will receive detailed driving instructions before your arrival.
6. IS THERE PARKING SPACE AT THE VILLAS, AND IS THE ROAD PLOWED IN WINTER?
ANSWER: Yes, all our villas have parking spaces, and the road to the villa is regularly plowed in winter.
7. WHAT ACTIVITIES ARE AVAILABLE AT THE VILLAS?
ANSWER: There are activities to suit all tastes and seasons.
You can also enjoy doing absolutely nothing and just relax. Activities include hiking, fishing, paddleboarding, paddle boating, rowing, hot tubbing, cycling, kicksledding,
skiing, snowshoeing, and downhill skiing.

8. WHEN CAN I ARRIVE AT AND DEPART FROM THE VILLAS?
ANSWER: Check-in generally starts at 6:00 p.m., and check-out is by 2:00 p.m.
If the villa is ready earlier, you may be able to arrive earlier by prior arrangement.
Please always confirm this in advance, as maintenance work is done between guests, and early arrival is not possible without
prior agreement.
9. WHAT SHOULD I DO IF THERE IS A PROBLEM AT THE VILLA OR I HAVE QUESTIONS?
ANSWER: If you encounter any issues at the villa, please contact the villa owner, Mia-Riitta
Niemi (+358 40 832 8523), immediately. We will do our best to resolve any problems promptly.
10. DO I NEED TO CLEAN THE VILLA BEFORE DEPARTURE?
ANSWER: You can clean the villa yourself (cleaning supplies and products are available at the villas), or
you can arrange for a cleaner at an additional cost (the cleaning service must be booked when making your reservation).
11. HOW DO I ACCESS THE VILLA?
ANSWER: All villas have YALE Linus smart locks (Villa Rantue has a YALE Doorman),
allowing keyless entry. You will receive instructions and information about the smart lock before your arrival. If you prefer not to use the smart lock during your stay, the villa can be opened remotely, and a traditional key will be provided to you.
12. Can I order bed linens pre-made in the beds as well as towels and sauna seat covers?
ANSWER: You can bring your own bed linens and towels, or you can order them pre-made in the beds for €49 per person.
