Lehtoranta Villas provides a high-quality and inspiring environment for corporate meetings, executive retreats, leadership off-sites and team development days in the heart of the Finnish Lakeland. The villas are well suited for executive and board meetings, training days, as well as team and recreational days. Privacy, comfortable surroundings and the surrounding nature create an ideal setting for new ways of working, strategic discussions and progressive teamwork, away from everyday distractions.

Meetings can be arranged in all villas, as well as outdoors on the villa terraces or even in the glass igloo along Lehtoranta Villas’ Wellness Nature Path. For example, the modern Villa Airanne offers accommodation for up to 14 people in seven separate sleeping areas. In total, our villas provide up to 40 sleeping places.

Catering and Dining

Dining can be arranged through local catering services, or a private chef can be booked to prepare high-quality meals at the villa. Transportation can be arranged with local taxi services, for example to Kuokkala Manor or other nearby destinations. After dinner, it is easy to return to the villas to relax in a traditional wood-fired sauna and hot tub, while enjoying the lake views.

Wellbeing & Team Experiences at the Villa

A wide range of wellbeing and experience services can be booked directly to the premium luxury cottages, supporting recovery, focus and team wellbeing. Available options include guided body care exercises, yoga sessions, personal trainer services, massage, reflexology and other restorative treatments — all delivered in a peaceful, private setting.

Leadership Training & Professional Facilitation

If desired, the programme can also include goal-oriented coaching in collaboration with the experienced facilitators and certified coaches of Claro Leaders Oy. All coaching is always tailored to your company’s needs.
